Messrs Griffiths and Son are offering to-morrow at 11.30 a^m. a very fine piece of land at Tua Marina owned by Mr and Mrs Western, known as Lankow's Farm: The property comprises 50 acres, and is probably the finest piece of grazing or agricultural land in Marlborough. It is sure to be keenly sought after, as properties of this description are seldom in the market, for sale. A very low reserve has been placed upon it, and it is likely to meet with keen competition.
