LONDON, March 15.", Steiner Morrison stood with his arms folded and his head flung back and gazed defiantly at the foreman and the judge. Then, referring to the closing invocation of the death sentence, he exclaimed: "I decline such mercy; I do not believe there is a God in Heaven."
