(Received March 16, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 16. It is _ apparent that the United States interference in Mexico is an effort to secure the suzerainty of the Panama Canals.
Rumors are current of the landing of Japanese coolies in Mexico, nominally as industrials, but really trained soldiers similar to the Japanese in' Hawaii.
