STREET-TRADING BILL.
COMMERCIAL AWARD ENFORCEMENT.
(Received March 17, 1.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. Lord Shaftsbury's Bill, prohibiting the street-trading of boys under 17 and girls under 18 was read a second' time.
Mr Harcourt, in reply to a question, said the Government proposed that the Imperial Conference discuss the enforcement anywhere in the Empire of a commercial award given in another part of the Empire; also the extension of the Imperial postalorder scheme.
