DUNEDIN, March 17. The Hon. T.^ Mackenzie was entertained by his constituents last night, and presented with an illuminated address. -
In replying he said that if the: electorate was not considerably altered he would again be a candidate for the seatv but if it was cut out, he thought he would still be able to win a seat in the House,.
