A NON-UNIONIST STRIKE

The wharf laborers then declined to TVork, and there was another broken day. Operations were suspended till the morning, w^hen the demands were granted.

The wages,,were increased from 7s 6d to 8s pejrday of "eight hours and from Is to Is ,6d: per hour for overtime..
