Sco Hard on 20th February, 1911, at 9 p.m 2. Acceptances close at 9 p.m. on 13th March, 1911. 3. All events will be conducted lander the rules of the N.Z. Athletio and; Cycling Union. 4. Winning competitors may, if preferable, take trophies in lieu of cash. 5. The competitor gaining the highest aggregate of points in events Nos. 2 ; 3 and 4, will secure a leg-in for the Dodson Medal, value £10 10s (presented by the late H. Dodson), to be won twice in succession or three times at intervals. Points to count: First a, second 2, third 1. 6. Any race may be run off in heats at the discretion of the committee. When an event is contested in more than two preliminary heats, the first and second in each heat shall run in the final. If only two heats, the first, second and third in each shall run in tho final. 7. All events of 150 yards and less will be run off in tapes. 8. The eommittoe reserve the right to have any competitor re-handi-capped after publication of handicaps. 9.
