The Rev. J. O. Hanny, better known as-George Birmingham, lecturing before the Sinn Fein at Dublin, said that the mixed marriages decree enormously increased the dread of "Home Rul© among the Irish protestants. It was a weapon likely to be used effectively among the. * English Nonconformist politicians.
