THE FINAL COMPETITIONS
[press association.] HOKITIKA, March 10. At the Fir© Brigades' Demonstration the shield competitions resulted as follows: — Champion Aggregate : Timaru 1, Wanganui and Napier (equal) 2. High Pressure Shield Competition: Timaru 1, Wanganui 2, Dunedin City 3. Manual Engine: Dunedin City 1, Napier 2, Timaru 3. The Mereweather Shield was won by Timaru, and the Speight Shield hv Carterton.
