LONDON, March 8
The Daily Mail's Viego correspondent reports a Royalist revolt at Arcoft, in northern Portugal. As a result of violent speeches against the monarchy and the clergy, a mob marched to the - Town Hall " and lowered the Republican flag and elected a provisional Government. They spent the night feasting. The Republic sent troops and restored ordep and then depbsed\the local-authorities.
