ST. PETERSBURG, March 8. The trial of Laretchkin. a member of the Black Hundred, on a charge of murdering a workman, throws light on the machinations and immunity enjoyed by the.band. It was made clear that the police utilised the Black Hundred in various ways. Several politicians, including Count Witte, were marked for assassination by the band
