Scollard or 20th February, 1911, at 9 p.m ; 2. Acceptances close at 9 p.m. on 13th March, 1911. i 3. All events will be conducted under the rules of the N.Z. Athletic and Cycling Union. 4. Winning competitors may, if preferable, take trophies in lieu of cash. 5. Tho competitor gaining the highest vaggregate of points in events Nos. 2 ; 3 and 4, will secure a leg-in for the Dodson Medal, valuo £10 10s (presented by the late H. Dodson), to be won twice in succession or three, times at intervals. Points to count: First S, second 2, third 1. 6. Any race may be run off in heats at the discretion of the committee. When an event is contested in more than two preliminary heats, the first and second in each heat shall run in the final. If only two heats, the first, second and third in each shall run in tho final. 7. All events of 150 yards and less will be run off in tapes. 8. The committee reserve the right to have any competitor re-handi-oapped after publication of handicaps. 9. The committee reserve the right to withdraw any event or reduce the. prizes if not sufficient entries.
