AUCKLAND, March 8. Considerable activity is being shown. 'in the Waikato in the direction of the ■acquisition,of large properties by associations formed under the Land Settlement Finance Act. Arrangements have been completed for the purchase of Mr H. -J. Greenslade's farm of 1070 acres at Kaipaki. the price being £14 per acre. Mr Greenslade has purchased Mr Coates's property at Hamilton.
