The tradesmen in. the' district are on, the verge of ruin, and refuse the strikers any further credit. v . LONDON, March 8. Owing to the colliery troubles in bouth Wales the Americans are exporting 350,000 tons of coal to Havre and Italy and returning vessels call at ©pain for iron ore. Some coal from the Westphalian mines has reached the Thames.
