The Berliner Tageblatt protests against the conversion of the AllBritisb. shopping week into a weapon against German trade, and declares that Germany, if she so desires, can call into existence a counter movement excluding the British manufactures, and' calls, lipon Bradford, Manchester, and Huddersfield energetically to oppose the boycott of German goods., ■ v
