SYDNEY, March 6. Mr Bowling delivered' a violent atrt&ck on the Labor Party. H© declared that ho was tired' of the Labor Ministry.
MELBOURNE, March 6. The Federal Executive issued a regulation reducing the retiring ago of colonels to 58, lieutenant-colonels to 55, and captains to 50. Great indignation is expressed in military circles.
The Minister for Defence indicates that the next Estimates will provide for an/aviation corps. Mv Deakir. states that his Government had prepared to issue writs against, the Coal Vend, but the election interrupted the step.
