( 1. Nominations close with Mr M. Scollard on 20th February, 1911, at I 9 p,m
i 2. Acceptances close at 9 p.m. on 13th March 1911.
All events
will be conducted
! under the rules of the N.Z. Athletic I and Cycling Union. I 4. Winning competitors may, if preferable, take trophies in lieu of i cash. I 5. Tho competitor gaining the j highest aggregate of points in events i Nos. 2. 3 and 4, will secure a leg-in i for the Dodson Medal, valuo £10 10s I (presented by the late H. Dodson), j to be won twice in succession or threej times at intervals. Points to count: j First o, -second 2 X third 1.
j 6. Any race may be run off in heats lat the discretion of the committee. I When an event is contested in more i than two preliminary heats, the first ; and second in each heat shall run1 in ; the final. If only two heats, the I first, second and third in each shall | run in tho final. ! 7. All events of 150 yards and less ! will be run off in tapes. { 8. The committee reserve the right Sto have any competitor re-handi- ! capped after publication of handi- : caps. j 9. The committee reserve the right : to withdraw any event or reduce the prizes if not sufficient entries.
