AND THE PRICE OF MEAT
[PEEBS ASSOCIATION.] (Received March 6, 9.20 p.m.) ' LONDON, March 6. The Tariff Reform Commission: have published elaborate memoranda dealing with the CanadianAmerican agreement, which includes a report by A. Matthews, the London market reporter to the Board of Agriculture, which says that freetrade in meat with North America; may increase the price to Great Britain. If Germany and Austria open their ports to the Argentine British consumers may say goodbye to cheap meat for years to come.
