PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN OF SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS. liUtho matter of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and tho Acts amending the samo respectively, and all other Acta and powers (if any) enabling the Council in that behalf: nnHE Council of the Borough of -*■• Blenheim hereby gives public notice that the Council proposes to borrow (by way of Special Loan within the raeaning of "The Local Bodies Loan* Act, 1908," and its amendments) the sum of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS for the purposes hereunder set forth:— PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE LOAN IS REQUIRED. .1. To provide the Borough of Blenheim with Waterworks and Water Supply (including reticulation, acquisiton of land, and if necessary removal and reerection of Fire Brigade Buildings and Plant ... £28,500 2. To provide the Borough of Blenheim with Sewage Drainage (including acquisition of land if nece*ssry) £36,500 That the Council proposes to pledge an annual recurring Special Rate of threepence and three-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on the unimproved ratable value of all ratable property ip the Borough of Blenheim as security for the said Loan and the Interest, Sinking Fund, and other charges (if any) thereon. That the Proposed Loan shall be for A period of thirty-six and a-half years (36 i years).
