THROWN FROM HIS HORSE
CHRISTCHURCH, Mar. 6. Robert Allan, a/well-known trainer and rider of trotting horses, was thrown from his horse at the New Brighton Club's meeting and removed to the hospital, suffering from concussion of the brain.
