WELINGTON WOOL SALES.

Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report as follows:—The last wool isale of the season was held in the Concert Chaiii-be-r of the Town Hall this .afternoon, when we offered a catalogue of 89? bales out ot a total offering of 2p44 bales by all brokers, and cold TBC bales. As is usual at this time of the year, a large proportion of the offerings consisted of iambs' wool, the balance being mainly lbgstained, dingy,and seody lots' of crossbred. There was a good attendance of buyers, and we are p^sed to report an advance of from par to half-penny, and insome oases one penny on rough wools on prices realised last sale. Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., reportas follows:—At the fifth sale of the season held to-day 2500 bales were offered, our catalogue representing 250 bales. Buyers were present in good force. There were practically no good lots of fleece wool in . tho catalogue, nearly all being heavy, latp shorn, back country lots. Lambs Wool was in good supply. Competition was very keen for all lines, and compared with Febiv.sry sale the market showed an* adianco of per lb in ail classes of wool. We sold every lot in the catalogue under the hommer.' Tha following is the range of prices.
