PALMERSTON N,, Nov. 4. The first award of the special prize of £100 presented by Mr E. Short for the best Romney ram, New Zealandbred, decided at the, Manawatu Show to-day, was taken by W. Gibson (Feilding), who scored 85 points out of a possible 100. A. and J. Gray (Masterton) were second, and H. G. Hadfield third. The winner takes £50. • ■
