A Recipe we can recommend —make ! them ; Take two cupfuls of sugar, half a cupful of butter, one cupful of sweet milk, the white of four eggs, two teaspoonfuls of baking powder, two cupfuls of flour, a"nd one teaspoonful of vanilla. Cream the butter and sugar and add the milk. Sift the flour and baking powder together and add half of it.
