It grants divorce on the ground of adultery or desertion tor ten years/ also on the ground oi msanity, if incurable, after three years, the grounds of long imprisonment or mutual consent after two years from date Of marriage, both parties being over 25 years of age. The custody ot children will be given to applicants for divorce, but they must be maintained fey the divorced parties.
