FINES FOR STRIKERS.
IRONMASTERS' PROPOSALS

Th© Daily Mail says that the anasters have proposed that the Boilermakers' Society should fine strikers £3 for a first offence and £5 for a .second. If the men do not pay the fines Hie Society to do so, the employers refunding the sum at the end. of six months if still unpaid by the men, the masters not desiring to «ripple th© Society. The masters promise mot to employ ©xpelled men.
