The Prussian Government proposes to increase the Kaiser's Civil List or £785,965 by £200,000, owing to the cost of living involving higher salaries for Court officials, the upkeep oi Koyal theatres, and the establishment ot Royal Princes. The non-Socialist parties have assented to the proposal.
