KING EDWARD.

Mather, unweiling Mr BruceJoy's marble bust of King Edward at Manchester University, suggested that a Chair of International Law ami Arbitration should" be estaMislied in every university. He hoped that Manchester would take -fche lead in perpetuating the spirit <of Edward the Peacemaker.
