AKAROA, April 4. The tricky character of Akaroa harbour was again exemplified tins morning. At 9 o'clock there was a flat calm; half-an-hour later a busk north-easter sprang m up, and it is. quite possible that this afternoon will bring a repetition of Saturdays weather. , ~ , Arnst and Whelch were both out for a spin about 10 o'clock. Arnst looks better than he did last week.
