SATURDAY'S MATCHES.

Interest in local cricket just now is almost over for the present season, and on each succeeding Saturday there are fewer spectators at the grounds. There were very few at the Picton-Wairau A match on Saturday last; in fact there were not a great '.many senior players present; let alone the outside public.
