LONDON, March 10. The newspaper The Scotsman reports that, despite official assurance, Sir Wilfrid Laurier's health is causing anxiety. He is suffering from an affection of the facial nerves, and is ageing rapidly. The Prime Minister's illness is making the passage of the Navy Bill stormy, since Mr Fielding is not master of his men.
