A HAPPY PAIR.
A chauffeur wooed a suffragette While out on bail. In quits romantic way they met; It was in gaol.
It seems the romance blossomed there And forged ahead Until, when they got out, the pair Were quickly wed. He's still chauffeur; all the trains By him are met. And as for her, she still remains A suffragette. They seldom quarrel, live content, So runs the tale; [For half their married life is spent Inside a gaol.
