"COUNTER-REVOLUTION."
(Received March 12. 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 11. The Morning Leader, referring to the debate in the House of Commons, says that the Government have at last realised that revolution must be met 'by counter -revolution. The Times declares that the Government contemplate bringing all their rpower to bear to enable them to carry on the business of the country to about the middle of May. It adds that there is no money to pay civil services or old-age pensions.
