THE TROUBLE IN SOUTH
WALES
SITUATION NOW BRIGHTER.
[PKEBB ASSOCIATION.] (Received March Id), 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, March 10. A conference of 125 delegates, representing . 52,500 members of the Miners' Federation, met in London and considered the South Wales trouble.
After a long secret discussion the Federation ordered its officials to consult with the executive of the South Wales miners, with a view to a settlement.
The outlook is now considered more hopeful. ,
