RAILWAY TRAFFIC HELD UP.

- :■' •-;-; IttJKEDIN, Nov. 15- ' Traffic on the main South line was disorganised for two hours this morning by the derailment of a light engine near Abbotsford. As a result the south express left Mosgiel two hours and forty minutes late, and the north express left Dunedin half an hour late.
