[press association.] LONDON, Nov. 13. The-attitude >of . Sir R. W. Perks, Liberal Member .for Louth, towards the Government .is strongly resented by partisans and by the Liberal press. "Sir R. W. Perks has published a vigorous reply, alleging that Mr Llqyd-George and Mr .Churchill would willingly buy .the support of the Nationalists and Labor Members with Home Rule and .further communistic measures. The. result would be chaos. He is opposed to the tacking of the land clauses of .the Valuation Bill to the Budget.
