MELBOURNE, Sept. 15. The amateur golf championship of Australia was won by Scott, of Victoria, who defeated Clyde Pearce of Tasmania, one up, after, a magnificent contest.

AUCKLAND, Sept. 14. The opeii golf championship was won by Clements with 324, Bidwell 330, Hood 333, A. Duncan 335.
