Penalties. —Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry' a penalty of 7lbs; and of any additional race or races afurther penalty of' 51bs. Hurdles:; The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs; and for any additional hurdle race 71bs extra. Definition of a Hack.— -A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the value of 100 soys, or races of the collective value of 250 soys, up to the date of nomination. - NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES.
