[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] FLOURISHING BRITAIN,
PERTH, Aug. 18. Sir Albert Suiceri President of the Congress of Chambers of Commerce of the Empire, addressing the Chamber of Commerce; said that nothing would tend to bind the Empire closer together than the reduction of the cost of cablegrams. It was the most important question that could claim the attention of the different parts of the Empire.
