FEILDING, July 21. Frederick Cyril Ross, late secretary of the Cheltenham Dairy Company, was arrested last nignt, charged with the theft of £9 2s 5d from the company while its servant. , Other informations have been laid, and it is understood that the alleged defalcations total a very lame sum. The accused was remanded till to-morrow.
