SUPREME COURT.

(Before Mr Justice Cooper.) In Chambers this morning the following business was disposed of :— FREDERICK REDWOOD v. JOSEPH HENRY REDWOOD. Mr Conolly moved for an order adopting agreements of 21st May, 1909, and 4th June, 1909, disposing of partnership property. Mr Churchward appeared for the defendant. The order of the Judge was as follows : —Agreement adopted subject to proper provision being made for the commission, e£e., of Messrs Dalgety and Co., and for any amounts due to them and to the creditors of the partnership, the order adopting the agreement to contain these reservations : By consent possession of the properties to be' given to the respective parties on the Ist July, 1909, the provision to Clause 7 of the decree to cease to operate as from Ist July, 1909. Liberty to parties to apply. Except as varied by the agreement and this order now made, the provisions of the decree to continue where not in conflict with the agreement.
