DAMAGE DONE BY THE GALE.
CHURCH LIFTED OFF ITS PILES*
SYDNEY, June 15. The gale did considerable damage throughout, the south coast districts. At Thirroul it lifted a church off its piles and canted it over. The congregation were inside, buis no one was injured.
