Xhe Proprietors, of WolfeV Schnapps have determined to institute proceedings, which will be carried to the utmost extent allowed by Uw, against anyone refilling* their bottles with other spirit and retailing it, under the name of Wolfe's Schnapps. As offenders may be ignorant of the very serious risk they are incurring, attention is hereby called to the Act of Parliament of New Zealand, "The Patents' Designs and Trade Marks Act, 1908," under which any person who encloses any goods in any covering (which includes any bottle) to which a trade mark has been applied shall be liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment with or without hard labour for hot over two years or to fine, or to both imprisonment and fine.
