To-morrow, commencing at 10 a.m., the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will selL.by auction ait the residence of Mr W. Tapp, Renwicktowij^- the whole of his live stock (including his trotting stud and gear), furniture and effects. The sale is occasioned through Mr Tapp having decided to leave Marlborough for the North Island, where he takes up his future residence at the commencement of the forthcoming month, and, under these circumstances it will be readily gathered that the sale is a "clearing" sale in all respects.
