: ; :NAPIER, May 19. The Napier' Harbor Board has decided to accept \the offer of Messrs Maxwell Mason and Williams., 'crtfil engineers, to report on the inner, jkblcl outer harbors.
Messrs Huddart Parker and Company have informed the Board that their captains consider if the break-1' water were completed /as proposed br. Mr tMarchant they would have a,' sheltered port with plenty of room. .j
