In, the matter of "The Road Boards Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908 j" and Acts amending same: ■;• THE Spring Creek Road Boaird hereby gives, public notice that such Board proposes to raise a Special Loan of One Thousand Five Hundred Pounds for the re-building of theWaarau Traffic Bridge, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of onertenth of a penaiy in the pound on the capital value \of all rat-able property appearing in the Valuation Roll for the Spring. Creek Road District as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan. 1 It is proposed to pay out of the loan money the cost of raisingl the loan amd the first year's interest of the loan.
