As a means of enabling the sender of a letter addressed to a place abroad to prepay, the postage on a reply, the Department issues reply coupons on payment of a fee of 3d. These coupons may be exchanged for a postage stamp of the Value of 2id in any country which adopts the scheme. PARCEL POST. Maximum weight, 111b ; greatest length, 3ft 6in j greatest length and firth combined, 6ft. Inland, 4d for rst lb, and 2d for each succeeding lb or fraction thereof. United Kingdom, not exceeding 31b, Is ; not exceeding 71b, 2s ; not exceeding 111b, 3s. Australian States, 8d for first lb, and 6d for each succeeding lb or fraction thereof up to 111b. PATTERNS AND SAMPLES. Inland, not exceeding 2ozs,' id ; over 2ozs, same as for other places. Ail other places, not exceding 4ozs, id : every adittonal 2ozs, id. POST CARDS.
