Mr McKenna, First Lord of theiAdmiralty, in reply to a question, ad* mitted that though ho promised onl the 16th March that an order forf parts and mountings for four "Dread-" noughts" would be platibd immediately, none had yet been placed. Headded that at present only two firms' in Britain made gun-mountings; /Mr Healy sarcastically suggested that the Government should apply to> Krupp's.
