£50. HMD.— The Proprietors of Wolfe's Schnapps have determined to institute proceedings, which will be carried to the utmost extent allowed by law, against anyone refilling their bottles with other spirit and retailing it under the name of Wolfe's Schnapps. As offenders may be ignorant of the very serious risk they are incurring,* attention is hereby called to the Act of Parliament of New Zealand, "The Patents' Designs and Trade Marks Act, 1908," under which any person who encloses any goods in any covering (which includes any bottle) to which a trade mark has been applied shall be liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment with or without hard labour for not over two years or to fine, or to both imprisonment and fine. A REWARD OF £50 is offered for such information as will lead to the conviction of any person carrying on these practice!. Any information can be supplied to our Solicitors, Messrs.
