Tlie federal committee of postal envJpifcyees nave placarded Paris with the •'announcement that they will appeal %> Parliament to dismiss M. Simyan, *Jnder-Secretary of the Postal DepartMnent. If their demand is refused it 'will be wai- to the knife. It is expected that a strike' will foe declared, to-night.
The general labor federation are planning a triple 'strike, comprising railwaymen, electricians and ipostal employees.
