DEFEATED CONSERVATIVES

Judging from the incomplete retuirns, Labor secured four more seats. There are indication® that many Conservatives in the old Parliament have been defeated.

The Premier and Treasurer an*© certain of return; the Minister for Lands is doubtful.

Women took a. great interest in the election, and polled heavily.
